I have spent 33 years in the business world as entrepreneur, small business owner, sales management and as a regional vice president in the financial service industry. During my journey I experienced times of tremendous success and at other times failures. I often questioned why I was stuck in this cycle? My self- worth, self-esteem, confidence and sense of worthiness seemed to parallel this cycle. I was living a life of fear, shame and guilt. I was stuck in what I now understand were my paradigms, and these paradigms were controlling my behavior and ultimately the results I was getting in my life. These paradigms or habits were causing me to make decisions that kept me in this cycle. I was doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. I was placing blame on circumstances i.e. the economy, the company, the boss, the product, even my wife and the list went on. It never occurred to me to look at myself. Almost losing my marriage woke me up! I sought out counsel and mentoring – this began the shift into self-awareness, thus a new understanding. I started to take responsibility for my life. I began to change the behaviors that were ruling my life. One can’t escape from prison, if you are not aware you are in prison. I was a prisoner of my own thinking.
Today Tom Ginn is an authority on getting results.
He is a successful entrepreneur, coach and keynote speaker. Tom is a certified Thinking Into Results Consultant and Facilitator working with Proctor Gallagher Institute. Tom has also completed the Financial Coach Master Series through Dave Ramsey Solutions. Tom takes a straight forward, no nonsense approach to getting people unstuck.
Tom works with individuals, businesses and organizations helping them to see what's getting in the way of achieving desired results. Today, I am debt free and financially independent. I live a life of prosperity thinking. My relationship with Kathy has never been better. We are now on the same path, living in a relationship that carries trust, respect and honesty. This is an amazing and blessed way to live!
I have lived on both sides. I am committed to never going back to a life filled with fear, shame and guilt.
And this has become my purpose – to inspire others to become aware and live from their infinite potential.
