Healthy Cells – Healthy Life; Give your body a chance by giving it the right tools!

Please join Kathy Ginn, Claire  Sedushak and Tom Ginn  as we share with you the power of Redox cell signaling molecules.  All of our health problems are due to unhealthy cells, a breakdown of how our cells communicate. The impact of day-to-day life can destabilize the body’s innate ability to maintain homeostasis.

If you are experiencing pain, discomfort or a specific health challenge, come and learn how to bring your body back to a state of homeostasis. You will gain an understanding of how aging and illness occur, and empower you to investigate possibilities for improving your health and perhaps the health of others around you.

This Thing Called Grief

Picture
Picture
We seem to spend more time and effort learning about the uncertainties of life than we do the certainties.  Even with death and taxes, most of us spend more effort learning about taxes than death and even less about the grief that accompanies it.

Until – boom!  It happens.  Someone we love dies.

What if we better understood grief - What if we knew how to better navigate such a challenging part of our life?
Please join Melissa Minkley and Kathy Ginn for a unique and valuable learning session at 4Rivers Center for Well Being, Lake Country’s home for grief expertise, education, and grief companioning.
Discover how to navigate, heal, and grow along one’s journey through grief.  Our approach is a clear distinction between others that focus on treating, fixing, curing, analyzing, and resolving grief.  This holistic approach includes practical knowledge with a healthy balance of heart, body and soul.
